I’ve been dealing with a constant throbbing pain in my tooth, especially when I eat or drink something hot or cold. Sometimes the pain spreads to my jaw and I’ve even noticed slight swelling around the gum. It’s making it difficult to focus on daily activities and I’m worried it might be an infection. I think I may need a root canal treatment but I’m unsure where to go.
