I have been feeling frequent jaw discomfort and sometimes dull headaches near my temples.
The pain seems to come and go, but it often gets worse when I chew or open my mouth widely.
I am not sure if this is related to my wisdom teeth or something else like stress or grinding.
It is starting to affect my daily comfort and eating habits.

Wisdom teeth can cause headaches and jaw pain when they are impacted or erupting in a wrong position, This pressure can affect surrounding teeth and jaw joints, leading to discomfort and referred pain in the temples, In some cases, it may also cause inflammation or infection, which increases overall pain levels.
At Ashford Dental Centre, we assess wisdom teeth using clinical examination and X-rays to identify the exact cause, If needed, we recommend appropriate treatment such as monitoring, medication or extraction.
Early evaluation helps prevent worsening pain and more complex dental issues later.
